Good Practices on refugee and migrant children integration

The consortium will identify and collect Best Practises on the integration of refugee and migrant children at schools and other learning experiential environments. Best Practises will integrate the different dimension of the integration process and will be shared through the IMMERSE hub to foster their replicability in Europe.
