IMMERSE-hub

Een online-platform gericht op de opbouw van een virtuele gemeenschap van deskundigen, instellingen en overige belanghebbende actoren op het vlak van socio-educatieve inclusie van kinderen van vluchtelingen en migranten. Het platform zal hen een gemeenschappelijke ruimte bieden om hun eigen ervaringen, ideeën en bedenkingen te delen, alsook een plaats om relevante informatie, middelen en de beste praktijken en initiatieven te verkrijgen die binnen IMMERSE gekend zijn.

De IMMERSE-hub zal ook helpen om bewustwording te creëren en om de projectactiviteiten en -resultaten te verspreiden.
